Jacob's Birthday

We tried reserving the pool at Bender's Landing Estates for Jacob's Birthday, long story short - someone else beat us to it.  But because we weren't notified until a month out, I had to scurry to find a place INSIDE for his party.  An outside birthday party in July is miserable!

So I called around and Jumpin' Jak's was available.  I've never been here, but I've heard great things about it.  Their concept is "Take the stress out of your child's next birthday....we provide everything except the guests!"  If you know me you know I like to plan..plan every detail. And having no control kind of scared me!

Upon arrival, they took pictures of each kid in Safari gear.

Of course Jacob and Sarah would have nothing of it....

Once inside, there was a huge ball pit that all the kids loved!

And who doesn't love a tire swing?

The rest of the place was made up of many different levels of mazes that led to slides.

And of course there was food

And my friend, Shannon made the cupcake cake...how cute is that?

This year, we hired a photographer to take pictures at Jacob's party. It was nice to be able to enjoy the party and not worry about missing a great shot.
