Last year we went to the Zoo Boo for the first time with the McMichael Family. The kids enjoyed it so much, we decided it was a must from now on!
We finally picked a date that worked around everyone's busy schedule (except that Scott wasn't there because he was participating in a triathlon). The kids put on their costumes and off we went.
Our first stop had to be a picture in front of the huge candy corn!

Sarah's Field Trip
When Sarah began school this year, we were told they would have one field trip this year - to the Pumpkin Patch! I knew I definitely didn't want to miss this, so I signed up to be a chaperon.
The kid's were so excited to be going on a big school bus. We got all 22 kids strapped into their seats and off we went. The bus was so full of giggles and screams. The joy on the kids faces while on that bus ride was priceless.
Then a ride on the train
With my best friends and my favorite teacher!
And last but not least - A PUMPKIN!!!

Trick or Treat Trail at The Woodlands Waterway
We thought the kids would really enjoy a Trick or Treat practice run, so went to the Trick or Treat Trail at The Woodlands Waterway.
Neither of the kids real Halloween costumes were ready, so we hit the dress up trunk in the playroom...
We met Sarah's friend Charlie and his mom there
Knowing there would be a lot of people at this event, we arrived early. But everyone else had the same idea. It was CRAZY CROWDED!!! The wait for the trick or treat booths were at least 10 minutes for A PIECE of candy...not even good candy. We went through 2 or 3 booths before we decided we had had enough.
The event may have been a bust, but the kids sure looked cute in their costumes!
