Go Astros! (yes,I'm still playing catch up!!)

I'm ashamed to say, but, we only made it to TWO Astros games this year! There was a time I could name every player, tell you the line-up, and who was available in the bullpen....that was before kids! Now, I'm lucky to even know where they ranked in the division.

We took the kids Opening day -

And the next to last game of the season.

We enjoyed the game from the Club Level. The roof was open, and it was a beautiful night, except that the Astros were being shut out!

So, I obviously suck at keeping up with this blog thing...Here is a summary of what we've been up to!

There was a visit from Grandma Stanard

A party on a boat with some of the best friends anyone could ask for

A WONDERFUL trip to Cabo San Lucas

A trip to the Children's Museum

And a trip to the Zoo

So that was how we spent August and the first part of September....hopefully the rest won't take me so long to blog.

My Little Ballerina

At the beginning of the year, Sarah began begging for me to take her to dancing school!

Here she is getting ready for her first trial class, which consisted of Ballet, Twirling, and Tap.

She was so excited to begin dancing school.  She was watching out the front window waiting for me to get home from work so we could go.

Sarah ran into the building, up the stairs to her class, and into her classroom.  THEN she froze!  She wanted me beside her the whole time.

When it came time to leave she cried because she wanted to stay.....we'll definitely be back!

Oh $#!*...now what???

It's been awhile since my last post.  Our backup external drive (with all our pictures) went belly up!

Thank goodness I found copies of almost all the pics...I just about had a heart attack!!

So, now all my pictures are on an external drive, the pc, and our spare pc...one can never be too careful!!
